The exact phrase was, "I kicked ---." Tim Keefe, trainer-turned-Ironman, finished his first Ironman Triathlon in less than 12 hours Sunday evening. Keefe reported that he pulled up lame but he crushed his goal of finishing under 15 hours. He'll be on the vet's list for a while, but the moral of the story is anybody who said they were donating money – pay the money. And anybody who didn't say they were donating money – pay the money. Hate to get sentimental, but we're proud of him.
